Yesterday we took WallyBubba to the playground at the park.
We didn’t injure or kill her, she came back alive and with all limbs remaining and in tact, plus she was so nackered afterwards she slept for an hour and a half…
This is what I like to refer to as a winwin.
This also meant I didn’t have to listen to the ‘island beat’ tune on the walker for the 75th time that day, or watch that awful cooking show on CBeebies with the woman who makes me feel a bit stabby.
So in fact, you might call it a winwinwin. {apply own smug face here}
And then later I had gin.
We are now going to the park every day.
FACT.

Lovely photos. The I Can Cook woman makes me feel a bit stabby too. It's the nose wrinkling, why does she always do the nose wrinkling?
Replyawww thanks x LMAO -I expect it's a nervous tick. Brought about by being some bloody annoying. 😉 thanks for commenting! xxx
ReplyLooks like she had a whale of a time! Great photos.
ReplyShe was a happy little sea-creature 😉 x
ReplyI deliberately go to the park just to wear my son out so he will sleep longer in the afternoon !
ReplyIt's amazing – why am I only finding this out now! lol x
ReplyAny excuse to have a gin is alrght in my book. Especially if the kids are enjoying themselves/sleeping.
Replybut mostly sleeping… 🙂 heehee
ReplyThe park is perfect for bringing on long afternoon naps. Swimming is also good for the same thing!
Replylol 😉 oh yes we know about swimming 😉 – but that is way more effort that chucking on the puddle suit and heading across the road! :))) x
